The services that we provide to our Clients consist of:

• Applying for, following and concluding procedures for obtaining residence permits and extending residence permit durations for foreigners who wish to live in Turkey
• Applying for, following and concluding procedures for obtaining work permits and extending work permit durations for foreigners who plan to be employed in Turkey, including but not limited to foreigners to be employed at legal entities subject to the Law on Foreign Direct Investments, and applying for, following and concluding procedures of obtaining family residence permits for spouse and children through the sponsorship of persons who have the work permit in Turkey,
• Applying for, following and concluding procedures for citizenship for foreigners who wish to acquire Turkish citizenship under Law no. 5901 on Turkish Citizenship,
• Applying for, following and concluding the procedures for tax exemption for foreigners who do not reside in Turkey but wish to buy properties in Turkey under Law no. 3065 on Value Added Tax Act.

With recent amendments made in the regulation, exceptional acquisition of Turkish Citizenship is made possible under limited conditions. Accordingly, foreigners who:

• Invest a fixed capital of at least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent Turkish Lira,
• Purchase real estate property or sign preliminary contract for sale for a value of 250.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent Turkish Lira,
  Open a deposit account or purchase a public debt instrument of at least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent Turkish Lira,
• Purchase a real estate investment trust share or venture capital investment fund share of at least 500.000 US Dollars or equivalent foreign currency or equivalent Turkish Lira
• Generate employment for at least 50 people

will be eligible to obtain Turkish Citizenship upon acceptance of their application by the ministry, if they meet the remaining conditions required by the law.
